Shipments arrange on every Tue only, order cutoff time is set at Mon 16:30

• Shipping costs are not included in the prices of the items listed on our website.
All transactions will be settled in HK dollars or RMB.
   The actual RMB exchange rate depends on shampoo.hk site at the relevant time
   and is subject to change without prior notice.

   Reference prices in other currencies are for reference only.
If purchase is made with Paypal or credit card, a handling fee of 5% on the gross
  settlement amount (Including postage) will be levied.
• Paypal offers a payment channel for transferring money on email basis.
   Anyone can have a Paypal account, and is able to transfer money via email by
   credit card or directly from bank account.
• All payment methods require customers to pay first before delivery, no Cash On
   Delivery is allowed for all overseas customers

• If stocks are damaged, transformed, broken, rotten, lost or any condition changes due to
   long distance delivery which is out of our control, the responsibility does not belong 
   to Shampoo.hk and we do not bear any legal responsibilities.
   The buyers have to undertake the risk of mail lost or damaged during delivery process, otherwise, please DO NOT choose mail delivery.
• Delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter
  and holiday periods.
• Delivering our products to some countries may subject to import tax or duty, we
  are not responsible for any import tax arising from online purchase from
  shampoo.hk online shop.
• Customers should be aware of tax rules of your country before ordering online or
   should make enquiries to the local authority or Custom about the details of
   import tax.
• Customer needs to provide full mailing address to avoid delay of delivery or extra
   charges incurred. Shampoo.hk reserves the right to charge back customers who
   do not provide full complete mailing address and in turn causing delayed delivery
   and extra charges.
• If customers do not provide correct accurate mailing address on purchase and the
  delivery is delayed or lost, Shampoo.hk will also charge customer all the charges
  incurred without any legal responsibilities and boundaries.
• Customers will not be refunded for any whatsoever delivery failure reasons

  2.  Free door-to-door delivery
    Require purchases HKD$1000 or above.
    • Kindly noted that delivery service is not available in Outlying island.
    • Destination must can be reached by public transportation(exclude taxi).
    • Customer must provide a correct and complete address for delivery to
      avoid any delay. 

  3. By Post(Shipments arrange on every Tue only, order cutoff time is set at Mon 16:30)
    • No minimum charge for mail delivery.
    • Shipping fee is the responsibility of the recipient, shipping fees varies
      depending on the weight of the products ordered.
    • All payments shall be made through ATM machine, Bank in, Paypal or 
      Credit Card payment.

    • Customer need to provide full mailing address to avoid delay of delivery or
      extra charges incurred. 
    • Shampoo.hk reserves the right to charge back customers who do not provide
      full complete mailing address and in turn causing delayed delivery and extra
      charges.
    • When the postman deliver the parcel with no response or cannot put into
      your mail box, you will receive a notice card and the parcel will temporary
      keep in the post office. Please pay attention to your mail box and please
      bring the notice and pick your shipment from the designated post office.
    We are unable to provide the tracking number, unless for registered mail.
      The buyer has to accept payment in advanced and undertake the lost or
      damage in mail delivery, otherwise, please DO 
    NOT choose mail for delivery.

  4. By Courier
    • No minimum charge for courier delivery.
    • Shipping fee is the responsibility of the recipient, shipping fees varies
      depending on the weight of the products ordered and delivery address.

Return and Electronic products Warranty
• No handling fee will be charged to all returns made within our returns policy.
• We will accept any defective items for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt.
  Please inform us via e-mail.
• No returns will be honored after 7 days of delivery.
• An original receipt shall be presented.
• A handling fee of HKD$15 will be charged for the non - defective returned items.
• No returned will be accepted for any opened or used items which is non-defective.
• We provide 90 days warranty for all electronic items.
• The warranty is void if the failure of the product has resulted from unauthorized
  maintenance or repair.
• This limited warranty is void if failure of the product has resulted from accident,
  abuse, misapplication, modification, improper calibration by the customer.
