A1 To encourage customer to use our online shopping cart system, and thank you for all your support and to offer future incentives to you, we wanted to give something back, this is why we have launched this great Reward Point Program.
(PLEASE NOTE: All member or non-member will not gain any reward points for any order via WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, facebook, email or phone call, NO individual notice will be given.)

Our Reward Point Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at Shampoo.hk you will earn Shopping Points for the money you spend. Once earned, you'll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at Shampoo.hk.

The Reward Point Program began on Friday 02 April, 2010 . All purchases made after that date will earn points.

A2 When an order is placed, the total amount of the Shopping Points will be calculated automatically. These points are added to your Shopping Points account as pending points. 

Once any pending points have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited. These points will be ready for you to spend whenever you want.

Reward points will not expired.

You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points.

During the checkout process you'll be able to pay for any purchases with your points balance.

A3 Currently, for earning every 10 points at Shampoo.hk you'll earn HKD$1

For example:

                 Value of Points Earned:HKD$18

A4 If you have a balance in your Shopping Points Account, you can use those points to pay for purchases made at Shampoo.hk.

During the checkout proccess, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to enter the amount of points you wish to redeem.

Enter the amount of points you would like to spend. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.

Continue to the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited from your reward point account.

Once confirmed, your Shopping Points account will be updated and the points used will be deducted from your balance.

Please be reminded that the amount of purchases made by consuming reward points won't accumulate relevant points in our programme.

A5 Currently, a minimum balance of 50 points (HK$5) required for any redeem.

A6 Currently, a minimum of HK$50 in total (per purchase) is required before any Points Redemptions can take place.

A7 A maximum of 5,000 points (HK$500) or up to 50% of the cumulated shopping points per qualified transaction is allowed to redeem per order.

A8 No. When calculating the amount of points earned, the shipping fees, taxes or additional fees are excluded.

A9 Yes. When calculating the amount of points earned, all items which have been discounted are included as well.

A10 Yes. Please note, any purchase made by redeeming points will only be rewarded with additional points for the amount spent other then points. However, the exceed sum will still benefit from our programme.

A11 Shopping Points are only available to registered Shampoo.hk members. 
      Shopping Points Reward can only be collected and used with online
      purchases and are only valid at Shampoo.hk.
      Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between members.
      Shopping Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any
      circumstances.
      Shopping Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
      When buying with Points,you will still have to select another payment
      method if there is not enough reward points in your Account to
      cover the sum of your purchases.
      When calculating the amount of points earned, shipping fees and taxes
      are excluded(unless other.see refered FAQ for more details). 

      Please note, we reserve any exclusive right to make changes to this policy at any
      time without prior notice or liability.
